📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number, and we'll determine the best solution. We're unable to replace items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear.
