All orders are made to order. Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be designed, created, and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, we’ll choose the shipping carrier and service that best fits your package to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.

While we do everything we can to get your order out quickly, Cam’s Customs is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cam’s Customs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend:

* Checking around your delivery location.
* Asking neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
* Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
* Waiting 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive.
