✨ Snow Globe & Lava Tumbler Disclaimer
Our tumblers are handmade and filled by hand, so small air bubbles or glitter settling during shipping are completely normal - simply rotate or gently shake your tumbler and it'll return to normal. As this is a natural part of the process, it's not considered a defect and isn't eligible for refunds or replacements.
🩷 Custom Orders
Every custom item is made just for you, so we're unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins. Please double-check all personalization details before ordering, as we create your item exactly as requested.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it's damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number, and we'll determine the best solution. We're unable to replace items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear.
